The Story of What Happened to Me
In 2014, we experienced the worst ice storm in Slovenia, which left us without electricity for nearly a week. This experience deeply affected me, and being someone with an innovative approach, I immediately began to consider how I could effectively prepare for potential future power outages to ensure they wouldn’t disrupt my daily life.
This reflection was further intensified at a professional conference organized by the Healthy Society Movement, where we had intense discussions about various forms of individual independence. At that moment, I fully realized that I had a responsibility to share my experience on becoming energy independent and to enable others to achieve energy self-sufficiency and independence. In response to this realization, I decided to write a book titled “Be Energy Independent 24/7” and to offer guidance to people on this journey.

My Experience Story
I have spent my entire life in a city where we were always connected to the electrical grid. Despite the comfort, I felt a need for change, to become energy independent.
At the beginning, I faced numerous challenges. Setting up my own renewable energy system required a lot of effort and adaptation, solving technical issues, and addressing financial questions. The dream of independence seemed distant, but I did not give up.
With patient investment of time and effort, I experienced a turnaround. Technical problems and financial obstacles became smaller. I was proud to have created a system that allows complete independence from the electrical grid.
This experience brought me a sense of inner strength. This is not just a story about setting up solar panels, but also about overcoming doubts, facing challenges, and achieving goals.
When I share my story, I want to bring my experience closer to anyone considering a similar step. I hope my story will inspire those embarking on a similar path, as it proves that with perseverance and belief in one’s goal, challenges can be overcome.
